GUIDED MEDITATION SESSIONS

Let it Go - Relax and Unwind (30 minutes)
A short and simple guided meditation session focused on letting go of worry, stress and overwhelm. Leave the to-do list back at your desk for 30 mins of relaxation to refocus and recharge the mind during a busy work day. Relieve stress through simple breathing exercises, a soothing guided meditation and calming soundscape. Learn simple stress management techniques that can be applied throughout the rest of the workday.

BREATH AWARENESS SESSIONS

Breathing Space - Breath Away Stress (30-45 minutes) Deep breathing is one of the best ways to lower stress in the body. This is because when you breathe deeply, it sends a message to your brain to calm down and relax. The brain then sends this message to your body. The things that happen when you are stressed, such as increased heart rate, fast breathing, and high blood pressure, all decrease as you breathe deeply to relax. In this guided session you will learn the science behind the power of the breath to calm the body and the mind as well as a variety of breath awareness techniques to help you alleviate stress, anxiety and overwhelm.

mindfulness TRAINING

5 Week Mindfulness Training Our 5 week mindfulness training programme is an introduction to the fundamental components of mindfulness and the practical application of mindfulness in the context of the workplace.  Each session will offer participants the opportunity to reflect on their professional and personal goals through the framework of our mindfulness-based performance coaching model. The training is presented as 5 x 2 hour interactive workshops that incorporate a variety of engaging and practical tasks.  Suitable for both beginners and those with experience practicing mindfulness or meditation. Read here for further details.

minfulness WORKSHOPS

Calm The Mind (1 Hour) Are you constantly wondering if you forgot to do something, like lock your door or turn off the stove? Do you stay awake at night thinking about your day, or about everything you have to do tomorrow? If you answered yes to any of the above questions you may be in the habit of - overthinking. Overthinking is the byproduct of living in a busy and stressful world where our minds are overwhelmed by distractions and overloaded with information. In this 1 hour session you will learn daily mindfulness practices to calm a busy mind, how to interrupt patterns of rumination, how to worry less and strategies for improving focus.
